Howard Bailey Financial is seeking a personable and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess an “into the details” and “two steps ahead” mentality, with a history of providing high-level administrative support. This person is a meticulous planner, organizer and overachiever; great communicator; enthusiastic, but with the ability to calm the storm; loves to laugh; and is highly resourceful.
FUNCTION
The Executive Assistant will assist in managing day-to-day tasks on behalf of Howard Bailey’s CEO and Chief Visionary, Casey Weade.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
(Note: Other duties may be assigned)
- Manage the CEO’s calendar and assist keeping him on time for meetings and appointments
- Prep for meetings (i.e. Room setup, documents preparation, scheduling Zoom meetings, etc.)
- Manage CEO’s business relationships both internally and externally
- Book trips, including flights, transportation and hotel, and create itinerary
- Manage personal and professional emails
- Field incoming sales calls
- Monitor CEO’s personal Social Media accounts
- Assist in sending gifts and letters on behalf of the CEO
- Run errands on behalf of CEO
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Organizational Leadership or similar field
- 3+ years’ experience in office administration (preferably supporting an executive-level position or multiple managers)

- Highly proficient in MS Office Suite
